Contact Us

Would You Like Us To Contact You?

We can answer your general questions about our legal practice by phone or email. But in order to answer specific questions about your project, and to help you determine whether you would like to retain us as your Intellectual Property Counsel, we offer a one-on-one Initial Client Conference, which can last up to two hours. There we will answer all of your questions, provide you with information about the process, and advise you on options for pursuing your project. The cost is $200.

Should you choose to retain us, we will ask you to sign a representation agreement and provide us with a retainer, which is a percentage of the costs associated with your initial project, as it is presented to us at that time. Then, we will invoice you monthly at our hourly rates, which range from $60-$300, depending upon the type of work we are doing, and whether it is being done by an attorney or a paralegal.

If you would like us to contact you to answer general questions or to set up an appointment for an Initial Client Conference, please fill out the form below, and click the Submit Form button when you are finished.
